Hurricane Brain Hot Honey

♬ Here I am! (Bombshell) rock you like a Hurricane! ♫

Hurricane Brain Hot Honey was inspired by Hurricane Ian that wreaked havoc on SWFL on September 28, 2022.

Each bottle is handcrafted with local wildflower honey infused with datil and bird peppers. These peppers are native to Florida. It’s called hot honey, but please don’t be scared, it’s justa Florida thang. It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity!

Ingredients: Florida Wildfire Honey, Datil Peppers, Bird Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar.

Love this Hot Honey!

I picked up a bottle of this honey a few weeks ago, and polished it off quickly! It's so delicious! Order several bottles! Highly recommend!

Sweet with heat.

This is a unique combination of sweet with just enough heat to get your attention. I really enjoy this one on most everything you can imagine. I tried it on vanilla ice cream and was pleasantly surprised. It also helps that she dedicated this one to hurricane Ian.

Peanut butter and Pancakes anyone??

Hot honey isn’t a new thing, but what makes this such a fun creation is the use of bird and datil peppers. They add a lovely floral element to this honey that allows you to use it in unsuspecting ways you may not think to use honey. I’ve enjoyed it with a sweet breakfast or combine with soy, mirin, and ponzu to marinade salmon or steelhead!
